Page numbering without Word

Theses, contracts with attachments, tender bids or court documents – many documents must have numbered pages. When a document is created by merging several PDFs, the original numbers are mixed up or missing. Page numbers adds consistent numbering to every page in seconds.

Options

  • Six positions – top or bottom, left, center or right.
  • Several formats – just the number, "- 1 -", "Page 1", "Page 1 of 10" or "1 / 10".
  • First number – numbering can start from any number, e.g. 5 if the document continues another one.
  • Skipping pages – the cover page or table of contents can stay unnumbered.
  • Font size and color – so the numbers match your document.

The tool also handles rotated pages (e.g. landscape tables), placing the number correctly relative to the way the page is read. Numbers are added in your browser and the document is not uploaded. It is best to arrange the pages first with Organize PDF and number them afterwards.
