  3. 3
Click "Save changes" and download the reorganized document.

All page edits in one place

The scanner put the pages in the wrong order? One page is upside down and another is blank? Instead of using three different tools, Organize PDF lets you reorder pages, rotate individual pages and delete the ones you don't need on a single screen – and then save everything at once.

The thumbnails are large enough to recognise the content, so you can see what you are moving. On a computer you drag pages with the mouse, and the "Reverse order" button is useful when a document was scanned from the last page to the first, as often happens with automatic document feeders.

Typical situations

  • Double-sided scanning – when odd pages were scanned first and even pages afterwards.
  • Attachments in the wrong place – move them to the end or right after the page they refer to.
  • Landscape tables – rotate only the pages with wide tables and leave the rest upright.

Private and lossless

All changes are applied in your browser. Page content is not modified or recompressed – only the order and orientation change. The document is never uploaded to a server.
