Tips for the best result
- Number your files (01-request.pdf, 02-attachment.pdf…) before selecting them – they will appear in the right order immediately.
- Check the order using the first-page thumbnails before merging.
- If the merged file is too large for email, shrink it with Compress PDF.
Password-protected PDFs cannot be merged until they are unlocked – use Unlock PDF if you know the password.
