By using PDF Alati (pdfalati.com) you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

1. The service

PDF Alati provides free online tools for processing PDF documents, images and office files. The tools may be used for personal and business purposes, without registration and without limits on use, within the technical limits stated on the site (e.g. maximum file size).

2. Your documents and responsibility

You are responsible for the documents you process. You may only process documents you are entitled to use. It is forbidden to use the tools to remove protection from other people's documents without permission, to infringe copyright, to forge documents or signatures or for any other unlawful activity.

The signing tool inserts an image of a handwritten signature and is not a qualified electronic signature. It is up to you to check whether such a signature is suitable for your document.

3. No warranty

We do our best to make the tools work correctly and reliably, but the service is provided "as is", without any guarantee that it will always be available or error-free. Check the result before sending or using a processed document and always keep the original.

4. Limitation of liability

PDF Alati is not liable for any damage resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the site, including data loss, damaged files or consequences of decisions made based on processed documents.

5. Prohibited use

Automated mass requests, attempts to overload or gain unauthorised access to the server and any use that disrupts other users are prohibited. We may temporarily restrict access in case of abuse.

6. Intellectual property

The design, texts and code of the site belong to PDF Alati, except for open-source libraries used under their licences (pdf-lib, PDF.js, JSZip, fontkit, Ghostscript, qpdf, LibreOffice, pdf2docx). The documents you process and the results belong to you.

7. Advertising

The site may display third-party ads. We are not responsible for the content of ads or for the products and services advertised.

8. Changes to the terms
